Gamesindustry.biz reports that the game studio was founded and is led by the old veteran of Capcom, Tatsuya Minami.

Minami is a prolific video game developer who has worked on many Capcom titles, such as _ Street $, resident Evil, and Devil May Cry, _ before leaving the business.
